You must order the bread 10 minutes in advance (it is baked instantly), pasta, pizza and other specialties must be ordered in advance as well in the morning or a few minutes before having lunch, depending on the time of processing. What we want is that there are no special menus and that people with gluten intolerance can enjoy the buffet as other customers. At lunchtime, we also offer gluten-free dishes.
