The hotel has a buffet for breakfast and dinner. The gluten-free offer is constant and varied and everything is indicated in the buffet. Approximately 70-80% of the offer is gluten-free, in salads and in main dishes and desserts. You must order the bread 10 minutes in advance (it is baked instantly), pasta, pizza and other specialties must be ordered in advance as well in the morning or a few minutes before having lunch, depending on the time of processing. What we want is that there are no special menus and that people with gluten intolerance can enjoy the buffet as other customers. At lunchtime, we also offer gluten-free dishes.

Miguel y MacianaTodo muy bien etiquetado, disponen de platos sin gluten en el buffet y en el Snack Bar. Muy recomendado. Tienen pan sin gluten que te lo calientan al momento.
