Joaquim AguilarAvisamos de que íbamos con una persona celíaca y en ningún momento nos ofrecieron una carta específica. El meitre fue muy amable, nos indicó lo que se mi hija podia comer del buffet y nos trageron un pan especial para ella muy bueno. Però en un buffet la gente coge las pinzas y usa las mismas tanto para coger productos con o sin gluten. Así és muy difícil evitar la contaminación. Habia buena intención però para nosotros no reune las suficientes garantias en lo que se refiere a la contaminación con gluten.
