Authentic MARAGATO STEW, suitable for celiacs.
In the menu, the specialty of the area is marked: Maragato stew,dish which has the peculiarity of being eaten in reverse order to what we are used to.
Input meat (shank heifer, chorizo, chicken, duck and pig ear, pork, bacon, marinated rib, not put them to celiac stuffing) are located including a tomato salad that accompany the meat, then cabbage with stir-fry and chickpeas, and to finish the stew we will have the soup. For dessert, custard without cookie and it ends with coffee pot and a digestive shot residue. It includes bread.
This distinctive identifies restaurants which have an agreement of colaboration with the provincial or national associations of celiacs and they have received training provided by the Association, to which all staff should attend: purchasing manager, chef, chefs, assistants , room managers and waiters.

SaraHoy hemos estado comiendo alli y ha sido un lujo, todo super rico y a mi pareja todo sin gluten y con pan y todo. Destacar esas natillas buenisimas para mi pareja sin galleta. Para volver seguro!!!! Esta en el pueblo a 5 km de Astorga llamado castrillo de los polvazares precioso.

BlancaNos ha encantado absolutamente todo, el pueblo es precioso y el restaurante de 10. La atención buenísima y la comida (estábamos dos celiacas) sin problema y todo exquisito. Muy, muy recomendable.

OscarAcabamos de comer en este establacimiento ,somos una,familia de 4miembros y uno de ellos celiacos,al no reservar hemos tenido q,comer en el patio,lo malo del patio q hace mas calor q en el interior,en cuanto a lo importante es q estamos encntados del trato y la comida,aunque parezca mentira el niño ha podido comer SOPA fuera de casa.

DoloresTodo fenomenal, llamamos para reservar y acto seguido nos mandaron por whatsapp la confirmación de la reserva y todos los detalles para llegar al restaurante. Una vez allí, nos pusimos las botas con ese pedazo de cocido maragato. Las camareras majísimas, hasta nos contaron la historia del cocido maragato! Eramos cuatro personas, solo una celiaca, y le pusieron cazuelas individuales. Para terminar, unas natillas caseras, sin gluten, claro. Una maravilla. Una pena que no se puedan añadir fotos a este comentario. Muy recomendable.
