It is located on the upper floor of the building, in the old warehouse of grain of the mill that was rebuilt in 2006 and converted into lodging for 4 people.
In our mill we offer to our visitors a demonstration of the mill of wheat and corn as our antecessors used to do and the tasting of the delicious toast of corn flour stuffed with cheese, chorizo, bacon, chocolate… that here we call them “Talos”, ALL OF THEM ARE 100% GLUTEN-FREE.
Besides we are a touristic information spot and we usually provide leaflets and information of the different activities of the area and sale of homemade products. We also want to offer to the schools and “ikastola” of our environment to change the visit to AMAIURKO ERROTA into an extracurricular where we teach to our children the trade and traditions of our village.
