It is opened since 1998 in the centric neighborhood of Salamanca. El Almirez has become a classic of the Basque –Navarre cuisine in Madrid.
It is characterized by its quiet atmosphere, its higher quality of the raw materials and its traditional cuisine specialized in seasonal products.
. In our men you could find a big variety of suitable dishes for coeliac people, such as the Octopus from Galicia with potatoes, grilled squids in its ink and with sweet onion, Vegetables with eggs, Cod, besides gluten free beer and bread.

Especialidad:
Ondarroa monkfish with prawns, cod Pil-Pil, Veal Croquettes and exquisite ham, lamb trotters from Madrid. Very good meat and fish.
