EspiHola, me han detectado intolerancia al trigo y levadura que me recomendáis?

Lo más lógico es cambiar el tipo de cereal pero no soluciona el problema ya que cualquier producto de harinas lleva levadura Lo más conveniente es el pan germinado de espelta, por ejemplo, esperamos haber ayudado
