Rural Tourism Centre located in Tietar Valley, on the hillside of "Sierra de Gredos". They have special menus for coeliacs with the same price as the standard menu. They also serve bread. It is better to tell them when booking but if it is not possible, they are prepared enough to serve coeliac customers.
