Our cuisine is traditional, with a good presentation, with typical products of Burgos and vegetables from our own orchard.
Besides, we full fill our menu with suggestions that depends on the season.
So we can offer “mazuelos” (kind of mushrooms) picked up in the pine forest in spring, the best tuna in summer, boletus (mushrooms) in autumn and hunting meat in winter, such as deer or wild, always looking for the relation quality/price.
You can, on request, tasting the traditional roast lamb with DO IGP Castilla y León, grown in the region.
We offer to our customers carte and menú every day of the year.
