No es logico tener comida para celiacos y no tener pan sin gluten. Que haya que llevar el pan de casa

Arriesgado. No sé qué precauciones tomarán en cocina al preparar las tapas, pero en sala el cuidado deja mucho que desear. Mientras esperaba pude observar como el camarero cortaba el pan (con gluten) a escasos centímetros de la tapa de pulpo que estaba apunto de servirme.
