A rural group restored to provide hotel, apartments and restaurant service, where the dishes suitable for celiacs are served. MENU ADAPTED FOR CELIACS. Both in the hotel as the restaurant, do not close any day.
When the chef is not available (because she is taking a rest or on holidays, it is me the responsible, that I am the owner and I am begining to work with celiacs.
From Monday to Friday the menu is 8 €. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the menu is 16 €.
This distinctive identifies restaurants which have an agreement of colaboration with the provincial or national associations of celiacs and they have received training provided by the Association, to which all staff should attend: purchasing manager, chef, chefs, assistants , room managers and waiters.
