JavierYo he trabajado en ese Obrador, y puedo asegurar que no se hace discriminación a la hora de elaborar productos sin gluten, sin azúcar o lo que se tercie. El espacio es el mismo, la harina y el azúcar están en sacos en el suelo al descubierto, y expuestos a cualquier elemento externo. Y las superficies se limpian ligeramente con una bayeta sucia y sin jabón ni desinfectante.

Rosa GutiérrezEs un obrador de pasteleria mixto, es decir, puede haber contaminación por gluten. No es suficiente garantía que te aseguren que limpian, la harina es volátil.
