gemmaSoy celiaca y todos los dias las ensaladas con gluten, el pan me servian a la media hora y en la hora del desayuno les decia lo que queria de cenar diciendoles a que hora iba a ir y me traían alos 40 minutos. Un dia me trageron el pan sin descongelar de mala leche pues les digimos que estabamos muy descontentos.

francisMuy bien, estuve un fin de semana con mi hija celiaca y la atención del jefe de cocina magnifica, hasta ahora la mejor experiencia en hotel que he tenido. Conocía perfectamente la dieta sin gluten y le variaron sus platos en los días que estuvimos. Muy amables. Recomendable.
