Vicente Rodriguez AsensioCuando nos alojamos en el hotel, unos días antes me puse en contacto con ellos y me aseguraron que tenían productos sin gluten en especial pan de hamburguesa, justo el mismo día una hora antes me informaron que conocían mi petición y que tenían el pan, mi sorpresa fue que justo a la hora de pedir la comida me aseguraron que nunca tenían ni han tenido el producto y luego me informaron que No lo habían recibido.
Mi sorpresa es que incluso hablando con ellos en 2 ocasiones No supieron atendernos.
