Old and centenary familiar hotel of one star with restaurant. List and menu service to the customers and the passers. Gluten-free breakfast as well, on request. In the menu all gluten-free dishes are marked which most of them are, there is also gluten-free beer and variety of ice-creams, desserts. Some dishes as pasta have to be on request. The owners also follow a gluten-free diet.
Especialidad:
Snails, gratin or in the casserole. Hunting meat such as wild boar. In mushroom season dishes are prepared with a big variety of them. Gratin cot with “alioli” (sauce of mayo with garlic)

Cristina Nuestra sorpresa fue al llegar, y nos dijeron que hace como dos años que no dan la opción sin gluten. Tocó buscarnos la vida para cenar. Tema desayuno, nos ofrecieron bollería del Mercadona para salir del apuro. Conclusión, no debería estar, catalogado como sin gluten.

Hacemos comidas sin gluten si el cliente nos lo pide, pero no somos especialistas
el desayuno usted puede pedir cosas que no tienen gluten como Pan de molde especial sin gluten, torradas de pan sin gluten, bolleria y galletas sin gluten (del Mercadona, del Condis, Gros Mercat, Makro u otro supermercado o distribuidor que nos lo ofrezca) hay embutidos sin gluten, fruta, yogures sin gluten, si nos pide algo que no tiene gluten y lo podemos hacer lo hacemos
